Recital Recap

From Debussy to Taylor Swift, from piano to ukulele, from ages 3-17, every one of our 52 performers played beautifully at Voyager's first annual recital!

On Sunday, June 4th, students and their families gathered at PianoPiano Studios on West 65th Street for an unforgettable day. Voyager hosted 4 back-to-back recitals. We had well-seasoned performers who have been studying music for years as well as students who just began taking lessons this year.

You could see the excitement that each performer felt when going on stage to showcase all of their talents and hard work. Instructors were so proud of their students and were always close by in case they got a little nervous.

Voyager's mission is to bring the joy of music into children's lives while supporting local professional musicians (instructors). Our mission was certainly accomplished and there was a strong sense of community in the recital room.

We had a slow start as a business because we opened our doors one week before NYC went into lockdown due to Covid. Voyager is now growing in wonderful ways and we hope that you and your children join us for next year's recital!
